Clan Connect Pty Ltd will provide support, services and information to children and families across the region without judgement or discrimination. 

We will strive to improve access to services for children and families within our scope of practice in our regional location. Our service will achieve this through effective communication, direct service provision, identification of individual needs and sourcing of additional services.
